No Refund Policy

Once a digital invitation template or any other digital product has been purchased, the payment is non-refundable. We do not provide:

• Refunds
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Cancellations after purchase

This policy applies because digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered, downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in the following situations:
